Bob,

I stand corrected. But when it comes to 144s, I've yet to see someone register shares they didn't want to sell. And good point regarding Jobs. If they WERE the same kind of shares, he would have to have filed a 144. Therefore, they weren't. They must have already been registered and sold privately. I wonder if it was the stock he had been holding since to old days?
