rudedog, you may be right but it aint so, I am not sure from his tax point which is better, fact is he now has a substantial tax liability which equals buying shares, .......... and it is substantial ......... the taxable gain was over $200 million on around 11.9 million shares, so it is not a small amount even for Mr. Dell.

Secondly see the difference in actual holdings of SUNW gang - Lehman sells every time he can as is Joy and others.
