Also, I believe Barton Biggs (probably spelled his name wrong) made positive comments about the Nasdaq today, and that is very usual for him (been a bear for years I think). Barton said he expects a ST rally of about 20% for the Nasdaq post-election, but maintains his overall Bearish stance since he predicts that after the short-lived rally, we will see 2000 on the Nas in '01.
