256 minimum...it'll run on 128 but not that well.

As tcow says..keep checking techbargains.com Dell will probably offer an even better deal as you get closer to the end of the month.

I have a Dell 4400 P4 with XP...I bought it new with 128MB of Ram...shortly after I bought it I added another 256MB and it has been rock solid and very smooth running since.
