And when they saw that BLDP wasn't momentum-ing higher than 37 this morning, they cut their losses or took their profits and got out. Just a theory, but it makes sense to me. Bonus Coverage. A true vignette for you: a German friend of my son e-mailed me from Germany last spring and said his Dad was interested in something called Ballard Power, and what did I think.
