The move came as the Russian president, Dmitry Medvedev, signed a cease-fire deal that sets the stage for a Russian troop withdrawal after more than a week of warfare with its neighbour Georgia.

That's double speak for when the Russians get around to withdrawing.......could be next week, next month, next year.

You understand what that's the equivalent of, don't you, o wise one? Putin has taken off his gloves and is slapping Bush's face with them.

Thanks Mr. Bush for another memorable moment in history where America looks stupid.
