Kevin, Dr. Drees did not sell off any rights of the 1st generation PHER-02 and has patents pending in place through the 2nd generation. The important thing to remember that we are now in 2nd generation testing stages.. much further along then any other substitute product. If you go to the SGNC Information thread: Subject 21537 the entire story is cover and will be of great help to you understanding this stock. Glad to see you aboard...
