Sorry Armen, but I have to play devil's advocate.

Goodwill doesn't mean crap to the average consumer if a better product at a lower price comes out. We all would like to think that goodwill has a place, but the typical consumer today is pretty cynical.
Goodwill with the Zip does not equate to Jaz capturing 1 gig+ market.
Jaz cannot capture market if production capacity is limited. From my conversations with stores in Silicon Valley, there is an inadequate supply.
