It will be in the vicinity late Tuesday afternoon or evening. Doesn't look like much at this point... probably a rain event. But could change

They're saying there are high atmosphere shear winds coming in from the NW that will keep the storm from strengthening.

If you need rain, it could be a good thing. Meanwhile, the NW's fall/winter storms have started two months ahead of schedule. Summer was all of one month this year. :-((
