Houston, We have a problem.
Okay. Let me set this strait. I have reached the point, where I am pretty chafed myself. No news. No filings. No nothing. Big reverse split. I do not want to sound like I am losing faith, but my patience are running low with this "Company" (WOTD).
We say that if THEY "screw us over" WE "will screw them over."
Question: Who the heck is THEY? We need to get this one answered quick. As far as we know, this could be just some guy with an interent page set-up to scare us out of our shares with all this "history" behind him. We don't even know who our new CEO is, if he exists, and the new company/reverse split is supposed to take place on the 30th. I say it again: Houston, we have a problem. Most companies report their new postitions well in advance, give a history of them, etc. Even if it is just the Secretary being replaced. We don't even know the CEO for Heaven's sake.
I just hope we get some SEC filings soon, or else we are gonners. I have a financial handbook and have looked it up, but cannot find where you guys are talking about they can just run out shares to nothing and start printing WOTD shares. I thought our shares would be turned into those shares? Please help me out here, I am not clear on this.
Come Saturday, ole Fatt Matt is gonna sit down at his computer and "hack" (not liteally) the internet and find out just who is leading our company. I also plan to call Mr. Arnold and when I am done calling him, I plan to find the number to WOTD and give them a call.
