If it's a hot secondary offering, I don't know that the average buyer would be able to pick up MRVC shares at $27.50, anymore than the average buyer can buy into an IPO at the initial price. These prices are generally reserved for the borkerage houses biggest and best clients. Besides, I believe the secondary pricing will be based on a market price at some point between now and the offering.
