That ruling should get this case (Obama Care) up to the Supreme Court pronto. It's pointless and a waste of time for these cases to percolate their way up through the various courts of appeal. The Supreme Court should take a direct appeal now so the stake can be driven through the heart of Obamacare once and for all.
