That was an obvious hypothetical. Nothing stopping GX from buying some and negotiating some more at a premium to market. If GX finds a buyer for the GM/IPC assets and the debt continues to trade under .20, it may be a prudent move at that time.
Otherwise it may be shareholders who will be buying debt with their (diluted) stock.
