Shannon, They filed w/ the SEC around Dec 5th or so. If you can get into the edger fillings under yahoo you'll see it. The stock was really running until that came out. They will vote on Jan 28th. It will be interesting to watch the VTSS on the 28th. If you can't find the SEC report let me know and I can explain how to get to it. Good luck.
