Roy, Blash, and anyone else lurking about:
A couple of reasons, IMHO for languishing share prices. Roy hit one on the head -- no credible IR. A great story isn't a story until it's told.

Second: depite Bill Forhan's impeccible credentials from American Express days, both of these companies frankly have burned investors. IGRM/POKR skidded from $6 to .60 faster than you can say "pump and dump" and AVIA suffered from some screwy foray into startup pharmaceuticals. Lack of focus and the wanton ways of high-volatility medical stocks skewered investors.

Now, you've got a low-key CEO with two companies that frankly need to prove themselves to buyers who may still need a 600 percent return just to break even. Patience will be rewarded, unless the whole travel sector of the economy tanks. In that case, all bets are off.

A deal? Sure looks that way on paper. But you can't blame long-term watchers from saying "Hmmmm -- maybe I'll watch a little longer."
