TK lawsuit Notice how the ceo states that tk promised him he wouldn't short the shares or drive the price down. tk told mbpt this also or so they say. Maybe the ceo just doesn't want to get sued by the shareholders? Notice fred said this to us also "jameson doesn't always short the shares." Jameson has never done a deal before so he means TK. Also note that they state tk is trying to take over teh ocmpany. You mean like he took over jagfn, jawz, jnot, frti.... ? ragingbull.lycos.com ragingbull.lycos.com
