Harmonic Secondary Offering Increased; Priced at $7.40

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Harmonic Inc.'s secondary offering was increased to 9 million shares from 7.5 million shares and was priced at $7.40 a share, according to underwriter UBS Warburg (News - Websites) .
Harmonic shares closed Tuesday at $7.75.

Gross spread on the deal is 41 cents, selling concession is 25 cents, management fee is 8 cents and underwriting fee is 8 cents.

Settlement is scheduled for Monday.

On Oct. 16, the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company announced its plans to offer 7.5 million shares from a shelf registration statement that became effective in April 2002.
