FWIW, prioritizing which wireless network you want to connect to isn't an issue if you can't even see the one you want. Visibility to the target network is the first thing you need to deal with. Once you do that, you can turn on WEP and tell the client to not connect to non-preferred networks (which is any network you haven't defined), and will will effectively ignore any other networks within range.
