In a press release about the new shares i read "Two million shares are being offered by the company, and 550,000 shares by certain shareholders. In addition, the company will grant the underwriters an over-allotment option to buy up to 382,500 shares of common stock. " two questions: 1)what means "certain shareholders" in this context and 2)does "over-allotment" that it will be altogehter ~2.9million shares? I'm just curious and don't understand the terminology> Stefan
