I gave Fido a 12 year horizon before retirement and this is what they have done.

Int Growth and Income---4.65%
Div Intl----------------4.81%
Equity Inc--------------11.92%
Fido Fund---------------12.47%
MFS Large Cap growth ---7.5%
Neu Berman Genesis trust3.34%
One Group Large Cap growth 9.88%
RS Em Grth--------------9.88%
Sel Am Shares ----------7.03%
Van Kamp Com Class a----6.03%

total stocks 71.44%

Fidop Cap &Inc...--------4.97
Spartan Invst Grade------15.91%
PIMCO hY Yi--------------5.12%

total bond---------------26%

cash 2.5%

they waive all fund fees like loads etc and charge me 1%...anything over in think 200k goes to .0075%

if you look at the composition of the funds in their fund analysis section they are weighted in financial, 19%, tech 19%, health care drugs 13%, service 13%, manufacturing 13%, foreign 16%, etc , primarily in value large cap , underweighted to the Wilshire in retail , durables and staples and over weighted in primarily industry.. LT Bonds 21% short term bonds 8%..
