Rande, thanks for dropping in and reinforcing what I have been saying for a long time. I am happy you did not get caught holding a bunch of this one. SEC filings reveal much as do older press releases. I was reading some from 1997 and Midland was buying and selling so fast the ink could not have possibly dried before another transaction took place; including buying and selling between Midland and CNH Holdings; who just happen to have some of the same very busy officers and or directors. It could almost be construed as press for the sake of selling stock; not companies. Sure is a mess and I don't look for any solutions anytime soon; if ever. Dusty
