The NASDR page is entitled: "Disciplinary Actions Reported For August"

This is in the first paragraph of that page (which, incidentally, is also in my post):

"The information relating to matters contained in this Notice is current as of the end of July 2001."

Doesn't sound old to me. Why are you defending him, Mary? Isn't this the very sort of conduct you would be taking off on somebody you are "investigating" if you found it out?

BTW, why don't you also point out that the suspension of Fred's NASD license was lifted after the arbitration against him (which led to it being suspended in the first place) was reversed and vacated? Your own link to the story said that. Is it too much to ask you to be even-handed? Or is that not in the mudslinging handbook?
