More precisely, when might the secondary occurr? It's absolutely useless to speculate on "delays" without some firm idea of when it will occurr in the first place; i.e. ... semantically, a "delay" is relative to some target date. Dan *** You speculated: "Delay in the secondary . . . S.E.C. questions. Not out of the ordinary, although shorts might have fun with it."
