Eric, RE: The only big question I have is what is Bill going to do with all the $$ that Microsoft can play with? Unless MSFT stock rises over the next year, they'll need fully half their cash just to buy back stock put to them from in the money puts. If the stock drops more, MSFT will have to pony up even more cash.
