One might add that the AMAT disclosure was in BRKS' 10Q filed back on May 14 so it too is not new news, although I for one was not aware of it. Since AMAT uses the patents for its own internal use, as i understand, one gets the feeling that at the end of the day AMAT simply paid GS perhaps a token sum simply to get rid of the matter, which i gather had been dragging on for several years, with no intention of proceeding against others Just a hunch
