Mike - technically, this is fairly weak... Someone seems to be spinning RAPT -vely. Did you see one of the banners in Yahoo? I am surprise 1st Albany etc did not come out to defend the stk with a reiteration of buy type of thing... It may be possible that the big players want to use this opportunity to shake out the weaker hands, but we should watch out and alert everyone here in case something does happen regards, B addendum: RTN is the news source to include the in-process charge
