High latitude regions have a higher latitude for growing larger crops as the day is longer. World record cabbages are grown in the Yukon and Alaska. If you add a growing chamber such as a solarium, or greenhouse, and hydroponics -- you can grow any plant you want as quick as a wink and as big as, say, Alaska. The experts in this technique are easy to find in many federal institutions.

What I heard -->

Because they grow so fast in this environment you can even add ice cream to the plant, aim a solar reflector at it and make Baked Alaska on the vine.
