Hi Paul Re: Toreador Resources Corporation (NasdaqGM: TRGL ) I gave up in this one too early. I noticed that this one was successful in a new well discovery - a very big find for the company. Toreador Resources: How the Paris Basin Shale Oil Play Was Discovered seekingalpha.com The company was running up a lot of debt and drilling dry holes. I bailed out and took my loss. A lot of the companies you list in your post of 10/28/2010 are quite active players in the field. I have narrowed my focus on U.S. & Canadian companies expect for MPET. I will stick with the larger integrated oil companies for world wide oil discovery (ie. XOM, CVX & COP). EKS
