To All:

How about we place all of the doom and gloom aside for the moment, and put our collective heads together to figure out how best to to take advantage of these current firesale prices in anticipation of the inevitable (and immensely profitable) industry transition to 300mm equipment?

A few of questions for everyone:

(1) In what upcoming quarter do you first expect 300 mm revenues to have a meaningful impact on earnings? By "meaningful," I mean enough of an impact that it will look like a new or resumed up-cycle is occurring with respect to industry revenues?;

(2) In light of your answer to (1) above, in what quarter do you anticipate AMAT's stock price to begin turning significantly back up in anticipation of these impending events?; and

(3) What smaller industry players (more obscure than AMAT) look to be best positioned in the various 300mm equipment niches? Can't we expect 5 to 10 baggers in some of these companies over the next four years from current prices?

TIA.
