Naz is only just beginning to reverse - it has not reversed the trend yet.ALWAYS a possibility of a false start,as a matter of fact it should be anticipated .

Any dip will be : "a last great chance to obtain REAL VALUE onbeaten down tech stocks".

I like the semi equip stocks.Past lack of capital investment coupled with new technology will provide more stable demand vs major swings of past.This will impact equip co more than semi manufacturers(JMHO)

SOX looks very healthy and IS BEATEN DOWN i.e. GOOD and SAFE VALUE.

Any dip equals a bargain.
