We know the FED is purchasing treasuries so maybe he is talking about stocks. A nice little formula to purchase a basket of stocks would do it. They used to call it program trading. Since Immelt is on the Obama advisory board that there is a good possibility GE will be on the list. Hoe Yeah. GS too.
