without it you may just as well be using a credit card instead of the Winner's system. Actually this statement I made earlier isn't quite fair. Obviously, it is still better to use the Winner's system because of the security and ease of moving funds from one casino to the other. However, until the debit cards are issued, you can only withdraw funds by the normal method of having a check issued to you by snail mail or overnite. There is a fee for this. Sorry for the misstatement. Gary
