....that Day Trading Firm LENT HIM MONEY to continue his gambling....which I believe is illegal....but widespread, it appears. It also came out that these firms set up phony accounts to make it appear that the traders' margin accounts were valid, which they were not. you're right Howard, these are the practices that need to be halted and ARE common place now at many of these firms. Wonder if that's why PABN wanted to get into the business...
