Adding fuel to your crooked theory. 13:09 ET Broadcom (BRCM) 40.00 -2.40 (-5.7%): Heavy selling sends stock to lows of the day; sudden retreat being attributed to reports that the ITC has ruled against company in patent dispute with Intel and that ruling could prevent BRCM from bringing some products to market in the U.S.
