The Jaz was non-existant in the Denver area until last Thursday, 6/27, when I finally found an external version at ElekTek - they had a bunch of internals and externals. Since then I've checked out Incredible Universe and Computer City on the weekend. Both have Jaz in large quantities. They had none the weekend before. Obviously the logjam broke and Iomega is shipping in large quantities. Check out Fry's today (there is no Fry's in Colorado). I think Iomega was planning this stocking of the retail channel on July 1 on purpose. Maybe they expect shoppers to cool off in computer stores during the 4th? Jaz exists in major quantities.
