Corporation announces the election of Gary C. Butler to its
Board of Directors effective immediately for a term
expiring in 2001. James F. Orr, President and CEO of

Roseland, New Jersey. He has been a member of ADP's

Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Degree from the Georgia

posting and recruiting service company. He also volunteers
his time with the American Heart Association. Mr. Butler
