Hi Gregor, This market just keeps feeding on itself and looks higher to me. I thought it would pause a little today or tomorrow perhaps. But 320 looks reachable. Whether we go through on the first try would be terrific to see. Some of the reit stocks made significant progress today and if they can hold or add to these gains, we should see 320 fairly quickly. I would like to see CEI, and EQR get going to add to the believability of the rally. Regards...George
