The following post from Stockhouse confirmed by my sources.

1. Audit completed.
2. New orders completed.
3. Significant acquisition in the works.

I spoke to Phil Nelson today for approximately 1/2 hour. This is a summary of what I derived from the conversation.

- have answered all Auditors questions to date. Hopefully this will conclude the auditors DD.
- Aardvark has been giving money since the agreement, and will have given all 6+ million by the end of August.
- New facility is well underway.
- Likely to be an announcement from either Sikorsky or Lockheed regarding their relationship with CA$G. We will have to wait for either of those two firms to pick the best time for all to make that announcement. CA$G would love to make it now but cannot.
- Lots of new business in the works, resulting in much of the travel from management that we have seen lately.
- US Military is about to give birth to many differnet orders for the Monitor in it's UCAV form. Original expectations were for a strong desire from the Military for the manned trainer version, but that has changed dramatically and their interest in UCAV's is "staggering". Please keep in mind that justation periods can be as long as approx. nine months. But who knows, this is a plane not a kid.
- Something seems to be going on with the Maritime Helicopter Deal / Sikorsky / Lockheed and CA$G.
- For those of you that are familiar with the computer business, an annoucement from either of these 2 firms will have an impact similar to CISCO announcing their affiliation/association with a company in the computer business.
- Apparently CA$G is looking at a number of aquisitions and these aquisitions should strengthen their involvement as a strategic partner with some of the above mentioned firms and the Military. Perhaps Electronics associated.

Please keep in mind that I strongly disagree with posters posting false hype on BB's for the sake of Hype. I am simply relaying to the best of my recollection what I discussed with Phil today. Also keep in mind that Phil is limited in what information he can offer me at the moment. We can not afford to be more specific about certain matters, due to the competitive nature of pending business and future business / relationships.

I hope that this information renews any lost excitement for what is going to be a fabulously successful Canadian Aerospce company. We will have to live with the cramps for now, and goodness will be born SOON.
