Seems to me that the company has been very vocal about what developments are going on. Lycos, IIS Inc., and the artup.com Network are very impressive. I am not sure what kind of information you are searching for? I have not seen any information about actual dates of the spin-off but the launch of Artup.com is in August. I have seen some web sites placing price targets at $8.00 to 10$. profitpicks.com goplay.com
