Linden, UAI and USIS both appear to be badly overvalued, and they are related in at least two ways.

First, UAI is trying to sell its IFHC subsidiary to USIS for only $3 M.

Second, somebody on the Yahoo thread reported that USIS CEO Dave Norris is returning calls to investors who are attempting to call UAI CEO Marc Sparks. If this is true, it suggests a relationship between UAI and USIS that is not healthy.
