Hi! Pooling our investigation skills - that is more the line I think we should take ; If this Safeguard Scientific .. is not too expensive to join , we could participate there - leave the management to them - but pool our special technical knowledge / investment skills to evaluate upcoming companies and their potential. I do not think that I would invest in an individual venture without having some larger evaluating outfit do the detailed qualification investigation . A friend of mine invested - several years back - in a highly touted dance club in NY city - all very PRIVATE - high class - within 11 month all $ 25,000 were gone - he had no evaluation by accountants or other evaluators to go by . So just on our info - that will not be enough for me - but if this collection of data is done and evaluated by a certified outfit AND AFTER THAT BY US FOR ITS TECHNICAL MERIT AND POSSIBLE FUTURE - AND I BELIEVE , THAT WE DO HAVE THIS SKILL - then we could invest individually and therefore on our own risk. So , is there more info on this or similar co ? It's very late for me , too tired to search for this today - so I'm just suggesting - hope it helps. Wal.
