MTSX and MST.AU in trading halt pending capital raising by way of a book build. nasdaqtrader.com According to the annual report the company is looking for approx. A$25mil for working capital purposes. This could bring some institutional investors on the share register - good. Also Charter Pacific (the seed capital company) sold 41mil shares this week - good, more liquidity in the stock. CHF.AU still owns 14% of the company.
