Scott-- 1st qtr 10Q in the overview section states that they terminated Smith & Nephew exclusive distribution rights. S&N still has nonexclusive rights for international sales. I remember reading somewhere that when SPYN chose S&N it was not a very good fit. S&N accounted for 66% of net sales in 1Q95 and 16% in 1Q96.
