Typically wouldn't there have to be a restructuring of a company that
is in this state of affairs. Even if another company buys into
Arimetco, there could be recapitization, maybe consolidation of shares
(something like 10:1?). I have held shares in two companies that filed
for protection and both of them had outsiders take a piece of the
company and in both cases the shares were consolidated (one company
10:1 and the other some odd ratio like 39:1). You may end up holding
an odd lot.

Hopefully Arimetco can avoid selling out by getting there production
back up to speed and get some cash flow to make the payments on there
equipment.
