Guy, Guy, Guy C,mon. Shortselling = parasites? Borrowing shares without YOUR consent? Depressing the price?

You better go back to investing 101. Learn how to play the game or find a different game.

Perhaps we should outlaw shortsellers, maybe capital punishment or better yet, castration. (after all it takes big balls to be a good short seller)

FYI > Short sellers are the folks that do all the research to expose those companies that are polishing turds. Those companies that are manipulating your money and telling you what you WANT to hear so you will continue to buy their troubles.

Without shorts we would have companies that will look you straight in the eye, lie to you and pick your wallet.

The efficient market needs LONGS and SHORTS. It cannot exist without both sides. I'm sure you will be whistling a much different tune if IOMG comes in with BIG numbers and the shorts duck for cover, running the price up to astronomical levels.

I can't believe you could say something so shortsighted.
Am I missing something> were you just joking? If so, I apologize. If you really believe what you said about shortselling, you are not only VERY mistaken, but missing out on alot of fun and profits.

I didn't realize I needed to ask for your consent first before I went short. Mother may I please go short?
