Does your name have to be Joe to own this stock???

Why doesn't this lawsuit me anything? If they are stuck paying
the 3.1 million that is a lot of money for a company that only has
gross revenues of a million a quarter.

My understanding is this lawsuit is a major pivot for the future
of PRTI.
