1. You never were considered our best friend. The UK was.
2. In any case, we take your statement under advisement. You were anti-American from your first appearance on this site. So?
Knowing many Canadians personally and electronically, I would class your statement under "The Effect of Motivation on Perception".

You guys think you have room to criticize our gov't? As you said, you can't even tell how the boss should be chosen from this:
pecan.srv.cs.cmu.edu
So how do you know whether you've been scammed or not?

You make it sound like you do an Election 2000 redux every election.

the events of 9/11 changed the world, the office and the man.
So did the Civil War. And WW2.
As to what Gore would have done with 911, that has been the subject of much sound and fury, signifying nothing.

America should not look unkindly upon Canadians because of the Prime Minister's decision to forego the war.
This is like trying to explain to a kid who just won a fight, but got his nose bloodied, that you're standing aside and watching was really for his own good. He may just not look at you so kindly and with such trust any more. Next you need help, he's likely to remember it. And you're best buddy, the UK, DID take his side.
I'd call this a BAD move.

We use Premieres to curb our Prime Minister
How so? THose documents don't even mention a Premiere.

Canada has spare political parties for those who wish to waste their votes creatively.
The US has spare political parties for those who wish to waste their votes creatively also.
