Middle of trading day, and ISLD book was just stuck; not much more to report about it. Lasted for some time, so I switched servers (because in the past this has rectified the problem) to no avail. Problem rectified itself after a while.
Interesting that at one point the ISLD book started racing, as if there had been a backlog of data when it was stopped and was now trying to catch up. Don't know what this would indicate, if anything.
From now on I will report problems to the e-mail you prescribed.
