An application has been granted for the original listing in the industrial category of 44,151,858 common shares of the company, of which 36,108,116 common shares will be issued and outstanding, and 8,043,742 common shares will be reserved for issuance upon completion of an initial public offering.

Listing of the common shares will become effective at 5:01 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, in anticipation of the public offering closing on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007. The common shares will be posted for trading at the open on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007. The company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the Toronto Stock Exchange company manual.
