09:18 ET Economic Data : Industrial Production fell 0.7% in June, a bit weaker than the -0.5% consensus, and marking the ninth straight monthly decline. The capacity utilization rate fell to an 18-year low of 77.0%. Weaker than expected June data offset to an extent by upward revision to May's numbers, to -0.5% from -0.8%; should have little market impact.
